✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items should be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • A proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized products

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, simply reach out to us at support@luxuspaces.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours, providing you with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either process your refund or arrange an exchange.

💸 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

As a customer, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Luxu Spaces will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
